We hope you enjoy your EYARA sunglasses with love. If for any reason the product does not feel right, you are welcome to return your order within the cooling-off period.

Cooling-Off Period & Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving your purchase.
The cooling-off period starts on the day after you receive your sunglasses.

You may try on your sunglasses at home to assess whether they meet your expectations.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, we kindly ask you to handle the sunglasses with care. The sunglasses must:

be in original condition
show no visible signs of wear or use
be returned complete, including the case, cleaning cloth, and pouch

After your request has been approved, you will receive further return instructions from us.

You may create your own return shipping label using a carrier of your choice, such as DHL, PostNL, or another preferred shipping provider. This can easily be done online or at a local parcel service point.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packaging your return carefully to ensure the sunglasses arrive safely.

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different color or model? That is possible.

You may return your sunglasses within 14 days after delivery according to the return policy above and place a new order for your desired item. This allows us to process your new order as quickly as possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs for the new order will follow our standard shipping rates.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days using the same payment method that was used for the original order.

Exceptions

Returns that do not meet the conditions stated above, or items that are damaged or show clear signs of use, unfortunately cannot be accepted.
