These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the EYARA webshop, a brand operated by Freelance Opticien Safari, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands.

2. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by EYARA and to every agreement concluded between EYARA and the customer. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. The Offer
We make every effort to describe our products as accurately and completely as possible. Images and descriptions are intended for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in color, shape, or detail may occur and do not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation.
Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind EYARA.
4. The Agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment you place an order and receive an order confirmation by email. EYARA reserves the right to refuse orders or impose additional conditions if there are valid reasons to do so.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices listed are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the checkout process. Orders will be processed only after payment has been successfully completed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed with care and are generally shipped within 1–2 business days. After shipment, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.

7. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without providing any reason.
During this cooling-off period, you may try on your sunglasses at home to assess whether they meet your expectations.
8. Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

be in original condition

show no visible signs of use

be complete, including the case, cleaning cloth, and pouch
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Exchanges
If you prefer a different color or model, you may return the product in accordance with the return policy and place a new order.
10. Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days using the same payment method that was used for the original order.
11. Warranty
All EYARA sunglasses are covered by the statutory warranty.
This means that a product must meet the reasonable expectations of the customer.
If a product is defective due to a manufacturing or material fault, please contact us at info@eyara.nl. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
12. Liability
EYARA is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products. In all cases, EYARA’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

We aim to handle complaints carefully and within a reasonable timeframe.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including texts, images, and logos, is the property of EYARA or is used with permission from the rights holder. Use of this content without prior written consent is not permitted.
15. Applicable Law
All agreements and these Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
16. Changes
EYARA reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions.
